    I’m from the National University of Singapore. We are having a talk coming up on the 30th of March featuring Mr. Tay Kheng Soon and thought that you/your community might be interested.

    Mr. Tay is a fervent environmentalist who is a pioneer in the field of ‘Rubanisation’ (an alternative model of development where rural & urban areas are seen as one). He is also deeply passionate about issues concerning development and education in Singapore.
